• Textbooks in their original condition can be replaced with an identical product within 7 days of purchase.

• Textbooks that have been written in, soiled or damaged in any way may will NOT be returned, 

 Damaged product policy:
 

• In the event that you receive a damaged textbook, you can request a replacement by sending us an email stating the reason for the return. Please return the product in its unopened packaging.
