• Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within two (2) business days of purchase.

  • After this period, the order will be processed and shipped, and cancellations will no longer be possible.

• Damaged Product Returns & Replacements

  • If you receive a textbook that was damaged during shipping, you may request a replacement within seven (7) days of delivery.

  • ​To initiate the request, please contact us via email, stating the reason for the return and providing supporting documentation (e.g., photos of the damaged item).

  • The damaged book must be returned in its original, opened packaging before a replacement is issued.

  • An identical textbook will be provided as a replacement.

• Restocking Fee & Exceptional Returns

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns of new textbooks purchased from Buriti Inc.

  • If a return is approved under exceptional circumstances by Buriti Inc., a 20% restocking fee will still apply.

• Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns for any reason other than damage that occurred during shipping.

  • Textbooks that have been written in, marked, soiled, used, or otherwise damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or replacement.
